RETURNS

- you can return the product up to 30 days from the date of your purchase, and you will get a full refund;
- any product you return shall be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging;
- you are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective or damaged product;
- returns are not accepted if the product has been modified at the customer’s request (g. stamping a name on a dog collar, etc.) and delivered in accordance with the required specification.
EXCHANGES

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
